Marzena has spent most of her career on the tenant side of leases and deposits, first at a legal services office and then in private practice. She reads a lease the way someone has to live in it: what happens in month eleven when the rent goes up, and what happens when a roommate leaves.
She writes the firm's demand letters, and she is the one to call when the problem is money or a lock rather than a court date.
