Reading this site, calling, emailing or sending the form doesn't make us your lawyers. We represent you only after we have checked for conflicts and we have both signed an agreement that names the work and the fee. Until then, what you tell us may not be protected the way it is for a client.

Both sides of a dispute

We work for tenants and for owners, but never for both sides of one dispute. If we already represent the other side, we will tell you and we won't be able to help.
