What happens to what you tell us

This page explains what Kissena Law collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, preferred language, the kind of problem, any date and your message. Like most sites, we also receive basic technical data, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to check whether we can take your case and whether we already work for the other side, and to keep this website working. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The lawyers and staff who answer messages see it. Companies that host this site, deliver email or measure visits can process it for us under their own privacy terms. We share it with others only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Please keep the form short

Email and website forms are not a safe place for sensitive details. Tell us the basics, and we will explain how to share documents when we talk.

How long we keep it

If we don't take your case, we keep your message only as long as we need to answer you and to meet our own record-keeping duties. If we do take it, the file follows the rules that apply to lawyers' client files.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message you sent that we have not used to take on your case. Write to help@kissenalaw.com or call (718) 555-0147.
